Practicing january-february

I have started to visit the gym two times a week. Have to lose some weight and get some strenght to the muscles, not too much. Also ones a week I go playing floorball for two hours. I have been shooting two times a week. Thanks to that they took me in their club. They have outside field (open all year) and inside "hall" /club. If I'm alone, I can shoot up to 25m. If it's good weather, then I go outside to shoot up to 90m. I don't shoot 90m, cause I don't have any aiming point to that lenght. I have noticed, that 60m and 70m (they are in finnish Barebow FITA) are very good practicing lenghts.
