I shot all the distancies and everything looks great. Lets see on Sunday, how it goes in the competition. Goal is over 340, then the road has been right, and don't have to panic, what to do before World Games.

How much do you practice to be that good? How much time do you spend tinkering with your equipment?

I try to practice everyday. I looked my shooting diary and last month I have practiced like 5-6 times a week. But I don't practice long, like 100 arrow, some days maybe more, but I try to keep it that level.
I think my sport backround helps me in archery, I have been played some volleyball, golf and finnish baseball. I think specially the golf has been very good "practice".
I have a very good place here where to shoot, as U have maybe seen on the pictures :).
And I have had a very good coatch/teatcher, so that I didn't have to learn everything the hard way, thatks to Riku ;).
One special thing that helps me also, is that I don't think too much :)).
